Introducing the new mobile app from TriStar Software. We have taken our award winning desktop tools for Service of Process, Court Filings, and Messenger work and brought it to your mobile device. Now your servers can keep you and your clients up to speed with real time status updates, diligence reports, and final statuses. Working offline has never been easier. Once the app has been synced with your main database, the information is stored locally until you are in a service area again and can sync your data.

Are you in a state that allows audio recording of your serves. Well the new TriStar app will record your serves and upload the audio file to the system along with photos, GPS coordinates, and time and date stamps. Get the serves done right, and have all the proof you need if a question arises.

If your in the field and you want to see if any of your jobs are near your current location, just pull up the map view and see where all of your jobs are. Click on any flag on the map to get more details about that job. Process, Court, Messenger Pickup and Messenger delivery are all color coded to make it simple to see what you need to do and where.

Please fix this app

There are so many issues with this app that it leaves process servers exposed and in dangerous situations. There have been multiple times where I’m left trying to get this app to upload a picture of a house I’m trying to serve while the resident is coming outside or watching me while I try to upload my status. You better hope you took a picture within the app BEFORE you attempt to serve and leave the app open so that you can upload your status, oh AND that you have service in that area so it doesn’t time out on you. Because you cannot upload a picture taken outside the app because it will time out. And if you forget to add a detail or signature on final status.. you can’t edit, if you pressed the “edit” button it just says “saved successfully”. I tried exiting the app to see if I could edit but it “syncs” automatically and you can’t get the process back. This app needs serious improvements because it’s leaving process servers vulnerable when they are trying to get away as fast as possible. Please please please fix this app!!!

Needs improvement

It takes forever to sync and it doesn’t work properly. Best way to import status is still sending via e-mail.
