The updated application applies the highest standards of service provision via smart devices, as it provides different updated technical features that guarantee the services achievement as well as having a distinguished creative interactive design which makes its browsing very easy.
The new edition aims to improve our services to cope with the latest technical developments in addition to being an effective method to contact the Fund for enquiries or submitting suggestions and remarks.
The Fund provides 26 services through the updated application which are divided according to the different categories of customers, namely; Active Members, Pensioners and Beneficiaries, hence, providing the ability to follow up the status of requests, financial data, obtaining different kinds of certificates as well as the e-calculator to calculate the pension benefits or adding the service.
