A huge insult to the originals.
The dev took away everything that made the originals fun and unique and instead spent all his resources on better looking sprites and special effects. I get it’s not a flash game anymore, but to not have the characters hold or wear any weapons or armor at all, not to mention they don’t move AT ALL. They are literal sprites with no movements. A still image. They just shoot across the battlefield and tap the enemy for an attack. It’s pitiful. A huge insult to the originals. You can tell this was a cash grab at first, then they realized what absolute disgrace this “re imagining” was and offered it for free as this did cost 4.99 at launch.

I played 1&2, and this one is different. A bit cheesy, but ain’t that the point?!? Nostalgic references, and a new story! What’s not to love? I hope you make the original ones compatible with tablet and iPhone, please?!?!
