Would be great if bugs were fixed
The free version is great if you want to do a 30 min EMOM. I paid to create my own workouts and I’m disappointed. The interface is not intuitive and the time scrolls are cut off so you have to guess. I managed to set up some workouts, but it’s not easy. This app is worth way more than $4.99 if someone would fix the bugs.

Clean and Easy
As in title, clean interface and easy to use. As mentioned by another reviewer, I would also prefer iOS Health interface read as a workout instead of just energy expended so that workouts can be tracked over time instead of just lost into a random days calories. Overall, though, highly recommend for basic Tabata needs and I would even consider upgrading to pro if devs are committed to maintaining/ updating app going forward.
