Please, please update your app!

It’s terribly dated. Doesn’t work reliably. I can’t set a time zone. I paid a lot for your heater. Let’s put just a TINY bit of dev time into your app, ok?

Not worth the headache

Heat pump works well but app is trash. Unable to set up. Device shows connected to internet. However, when MAC address is added to app it give a “try again later message” terrible instructions with device and online. Please make it usable.

App not working

Haven’t had a problem all season. Now the the app says Nirvana Maintenance, and says it’s off line. I can’t get app to connect . I tried logging out and then logging in, still not working. Is the app in maintenance? Does anybody know? The heater is working fine.

Web server access not working

This app is awful. Have had problems keeping connected for the last year. Now the web server access has a yellow question mark and I can’t get in at all. Does me no good!!!! Will it be fixed????

It’s got potential but clearly is not being developed.

Limited functionality, displays are primitive- is it heating mode or cooling mode? Easy entry mode like touch or face recognition would be good. The app should really mimic the functions on the heat pump control pan ( which is also very old fashioned). I believe the Heat Pymp is well made - it really deserves a better application.
