Great app for 5/3/1
Great app! Simple! Easy to use, keeping everything neat and organized and lets you bump up to the next cycle easy enough. Nothing gets in the way and that’s what I wanted. No sales pitches for other programs or needless fluff. Put in your maxes and you’re good to go! I wish I would’ve found this one first.

Best 5/3/1 Calculator
This app doesn’t track your workouts; however, it’s great to track your 5/3/1 percentages! If that isn’t the best free calculator, there is also a 1RM calculator as well. This is a great companion to your main lifting logs. Very convenient and free!
