Just does not work.
Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, trying to open a document and the progress bar starts and never moves.

Broken
iPad App refuses to download docs — it gets stuck at about 10% progress. iPhone version is fine and works great. Please fix!

Works great need 1 major improvement
It does it’s job but I wish it had a bull upload feature when I’m uploading pictures it’s 1 at a time making it very time consuming on phone I can do it much faster on laptop

Lost documents, failed uploads, download issues
I can’t think of a single reason to grant anything more than one star. The login times out after two days. I can’t open any files; after uninstalling and reinstalling, I could for about one week, now back to the normal. I’ve lost documents when trying to import documents through the app. The only thing that’s ever worked reliably is through the Files app. Even documents in the Files app fail to upload at times. But I’m SO GLAD we got dark mode. I wish AWS would spend some semblance of time fixing the UI on iOS, desktop, or web, but nothing has improved in two years.
