Michael Leonard Estates was formed just over 3 years ago after the Director of the company who had over 10 years experience in Lettings in and around the NW6, NW8 areas decided to go it alone and open his own boutique agency. As a landlord himself, he had come across a multitude of different agents offering and sometimes not offering the service that he expected from his own lettings in Hertfordshire.
Having worked for various agencies in the area and gaining a lot of support from clients that he had met during that time, he felt that the next step was to open his doors to offer an honest, reliable and efficient service to all.
Our 1st office was in Childs Hill, where we operated from a small service office on Finchley Road, We started with just Lettings and Management. After a year in Childs Hill, an opportunity arose to take a small unit in West Hampstead on West End Lane that had previously been another estate agency in the area who were also moving into bigger premises.
Since moving into West Hampstead and building our client base, we opened our Sales department. To date we have sold many properties in NW2, NW3. NW6, NW8 & NW11 and our stock is constantly changing to show new properties for either Investment or End user purposes.
