About UCLA Mobile

The UCLA mobile app is a mobile portal that blends UCLA content and resource links while also featuring UCLA's dynamic app landscape collected into a sliding Apps dashboard for the ease of UCLA's broad and diverse community. This allows the UCLA community to present a collection of UCLA's important apps while also allowing individuals to personalize their own dashboard with additional UCLA apps that they want to include in their UCLA mobile app environment. The app features app to app launches so that users have quick access into all of UCLA's native apps, listed in the UCLA app catalog.

Sick of this

Very unintuitive design (do I really have to sign in with my login info just so I can sign in again with the same login info to do the COVID survey?) and doesn’t even allow you to sign in sometimes. This really ain’t pushing 🅿️

CRASHES EVERY TIME

This app is not functional enough to be fully depended on in the way UCLA is doing right now. I propose we stick to the website version for symptom monitors that are immediate, accurate, and more efficient. I can’t eat in the dining halls unless the app works AND IT NEVER DOES. My last straw was Nov 30th when I stood outside trying to figure out and get help in front of B plate for 20 minutes and it still didn’t work :( I’ll complete the survey only for the app to not refresh my status. I’ll sign out, re-download the app, and even sign in and out of the system. When I finally take it, it won’t refresh so I’m left with contradicting results of the accurate online screenshot saying I’m clear and the app with the photo saying I’m not clear. I have a brand new iPhone connected to UCLA WEB, UCLA WI-FI, SECURE RES, ALL THE UCLA WIFIs, OR 5G with all bars full, yet it still doesn’t work. I know it’s not an issue on my end. The app is not developed enough.
