Can not verify train that never showed up.
This application has great reviews for some Crazy reason because they have worse customer service than airlines in the USA. I had one of their trains cancel on me and they cannot even verify that it did not show up. There was a strike in Brussels and my train was cancelled and they have been refusing to refund me for over a months asking ridiculous unrelated when they could simply verify that the train never showed. I should not even have to reach out in this situation it should be an auto refund. EU loves to say the US has awful consumer protections which I agree with but Omio is worse than any US airline I have ever dealt with this is ongoing for over a month now.

Bad user experience design, worse customer service
I booked tickets for a FlixBus through the app while signed into my account. The tickets showed up, but rather than being able to open and validate them directly as expected, it required a confirmation code via email. The email went to spam and I was denied entry to the bus despite having purchased tickets. I was delayed over an hour at the bus station and was out $70, needing to purchase new tickets (this time directly through FlixBus, which was cheaper anyway). I contacted Customer Support several times but they denied a refund “because the email was sent” even though it was inaccessible before it was too late. To top it off, the customer service team put me on indefinite hold and then hung up on me after I requested to escalate the claim. Bad design, worse customer service, will not be using them again.
