Cannot sign in, the OTP is not receiving to the mobile. Tried few times but failed. Pls support

App not accessible
I have tried for days to sign on but the app is not accessible. I get error message: “Looks like there is a connection error. Pease try again in a moment!” The moment has turned into days and months. Contacting CSE has been of absolutely no help.
