Not reliable
I’m not sure why any organization would use such a faulty app. Taking a test for a certification is already nerve-wracking enough without having to worry about faulty technology. I tried to take my WSET Level 1 Exam today and I followed the preparation instructions to a T. I updated to the latest version of this app before I took my exam. I was about 7 questions into the exam and I received a notification on my computer that the app disconnected from my phone. I didn’t know what to do so I just exited out of my exam. I tried to start it over again but I couldn’t generate a new QR code from ProctorExam. I guess I’ll just have to try and take the test again once I hear back from them. There has to be a better product than this in 2024.
