Subscription fees
JoiiSports Premium subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account after your confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and will renew with the same cost.
You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings anytime.

Fraudulent application
Claims to sync data with your Apple Watch, but in fact does not. How hard is it to import the distance data to your application? If you can sync the steps, you can sync the rest of the data that the Apple Watch reports. This application is not worth your time, as there are better ones out there, not to mention how much of a battery hog this application is (who knows what telemetry this app is sending from your device without your knowledge and consent).
