Why?
When putting in your address for delivery, you can’t choose where the order comes from. For me that caused my order to be placed at a further store than the one that’s a few miles away, resulting in me paying more for delivery and waiting over an hour for my order. Uber Eats blows btw

Disappointed
The New York Steamer has been my go-to for over a decade. This time, there was very little meat, and almost no pastrami. Looks like I need to find another source for a pastrami sandwich. 😥

I eat at Firehouse multiple times a week. With the variety of subs and toppings I can eat something different each trip and never get tired of the “same old thing”.

Can’t add gift cards
It’s unfortunate that you cannot add gift cards as a payment for pickup & delivery orders on the app, nor can you do it on the website. Get with the times! Don’t offer gift cards at all if you’re not even gonna allow people to use them online.
