Why every time I get out of the app I have to logged in every time like I’m using a new device I’m so tired .

Most irritating app ever
I can never log into the app. One minute it’s easy and works fine the next it always says internet or user authentication error and won’t give me an option to change password since I forgot mine to try logging in online non through the app. It’s been like this for months and it’s so irritating. The app is constantly down like this. It’s definitely on there end. CNB of Texas FIX IT!
