Side panel takes up too much space

What a terrible design for an app that claims to take advantage of landscape mode. The left side panel can’t be hidden so a great deal of screen real estate is wasted when looking at events. When hitting the back key after drilling from an event, the schedule resets instead of taking you back to where you drilled from. Super frustrating to have to scroll all the way back every time. And now it takes about 30 seconds for a favorite to process. The app locks up while that is happening.
