App changed and can't get points
App updated and it is requiring me to sign in but if you created your account prior to April 2025 (which I did) then you have to create a new account, which I can't because my email is registered under the old account. Can't merge accounts and lost all of my points.

The App sucks
I’m frustrated as I wanted to use my reward and I couldn’t fix the time to get it. I went to reward clicked on it, picked the item and when I went to check out it kept on giving me December 26 at 7am. The reward was applied, then it would tell me to pick a time eventhough it stated December 26 at 7am. I did this several times and employees didn’t know what to do so had to leave. I’ve been a good customer and both alit of juices that’s why I have 350 points if I can’t get the reward I’ll look elsewhere.
