Quality and customer service
This isn’t worthy the hassle and quality of calls very poor. Quality of calls terrible, when calling an international destination from the U.S., I can speak to the person on the other line for like a minute after that it replays what the other person on the line said during that minute and keeps on replaying that on repeat (as if that was recorded). Only way to get around it was to hang up and call again. Other issue also when calling sometimes it connects to wrong numbers on the other end, not the actual number I was calling. Additionally contacting customer service via chat wasn’t helpful. Took couple weeks for verification and when contacted customer service via chat, the person didn’t want to help basically kept on repeating the same sentence over and over as if it was a computer responding, and wasn’t interested in understanding the issue. Only after sending another email I was cleared/“verified” for international calls.

Poor!
I had been a loyal Zadarma customer for over five years, and unfortunately, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse this past year. Without any reasonable explanation, the company disabled my ability to connect new numbers, claiming restrictions related to Russia, North Korea, and other sanctioned regions. This makes absolutely no sense, as I live in the United States and have no connection whatsoever to those territories. What makes the situation even more unacceptable is that I had already paid $500 for a yearly service plan. Despite this, Zadarma provided no practical solution, no clear justification, and no respect for long-standing customers. Their actions feel careless at best and misleading at worst. My advice is simple: be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying far away from this company. Their policies are inconsistent, their communication is unclear, and their customer support fails to address real issues.
