This application not only monitors your array, but it also enables you to interface directly with Tigo's Cloud Connect Advanced (CCA) software via local Bluetooth technology. This enables installers to configure Tigo systems, troubleshoot system issues on-site, set up the connection to the internet, and much more.
Similar to Tigo’s web-based software, you can see a system or fleet of systems with an intuitive interface. Once you download the EI app, you will be able to manage your system on-the-go from anywhere in the world.

Can't commission new location
App doesn't shoe commission checklist on my iphone 16 pro max. The list does show up on my ipad mini a17 pro. I also tried to submit an in app bug report and got a server error code 500 when submitting. This was not a good start to my Tigo experience after investing several thousand dollars.

No good can’t commission my system
Either the app is totally broken or I have a bad cca. The plus sign to add a system is missing. When I start the app it shows up for about one second then disappears. My CCA does not come up. I get a no CCA found message. I can’t believe after installing 2 TAP units cable and the CCA no joy.
