App disconnect
I’ve been using this device for a few years now and it’s been a lifesaver! However, recently, there is a constant disconnect with this. I will typically use this to offload pictures and documents from my phone and load them onto my laptop, however, I recently attempted to offload some holiday pictures and the app finds the device initiall but when I get ready to past the pics onto the device, it states that it’s connected but there’s 0 memory on the device like there is nothing there. Even thought the app just recognized it with current correct data on it. Is this a bug or glitch that just needs a update? I will try a few more times then maybe it’s time to purchase a new one?
