Customization Options needed!
Simple things such as adding multiple cream or sugar to a drink or doing one less shot in an americano are not options. I have to order in store if I want to customize a drink most times. Simple fixes! And the layout of the menu is frustrating. I have no clue where to find drinks under categories like “indulgent” or “lighter side”, stick with basic categories and hot/iced/frozen. Needs work!
