Must have tried to scan my Us passport 100 times to no avail. My NFC Tag on my iPhone works fine. Considering that I am uploading very sensitive information to an app with such bad reviews I decided to go the old fashion way and mail it in.

Frustrating
Please fix your app or don’t give us the option to use it. It would be great if it worked to just submit the documents this way. Scanning the chip was impossible so had to waste more time and money sending via postal mail. Hope you update and fix it soon.
