Could be better engineered
The dime banking mobile app is not as well engineered as other banking apps I have used. One annoying feature is the request for the secret personal information at every login. This could be dispensed with by using facial recognition as other banks do. on the positive side there are no in-your-face ads for banking products or superfluous things like spending trend charts, etc..
