Having the First Citizens app is convenient. It is easy to use and handy when in a pinch.

The app and new on line banking
It’s terrible, not intuitive at all, the old app was much much easier to use, tidal piece of garbage. Face ID does not work, I’ll be changing banks because of this new interface.
