No features and poor design
If you want to check your balance and see transactions it works I guess. It is basically a web page not an app. Biggest issues I have with the app are 1) NO HELP SECTION! 2) no card management options, want to lock your card? Change PIN? Too bad! 3) transfer page drop downs work poorly, because this is just a web page app and the drop downs don’t work right and make it hard to select the right accounts. 4) useless notifications. This is by far the most basic, feature lacking banking app I’ve ever used. It’s a shame because I really like the credit union itself but this app (and the website too) is barely usable.
