pill reminder is not working
Waste of money
Have had them for over 5 years. I’ve needed to use them a few times. Every time they come back with an excuse, it will cost too much money to accomplish is their favorite excuse, they will say to try and solve it myself. Their other excuse is I’m better off doing it myself because what I would get will go towards legal fees and I won’t see anything. Don’t bother wasting your money on their subscription. Save it and use it if you ever need a real law firm.

Never get a response from them
I’ve had them for all together going on my second year and I keep thinking I’m gonna need them but I rarely get a response when I ask for help.
