HOW TO’S

To use the eG iOS app you must log in with your existing eG Manager accounts. All eG user accounts created with the Manager will have access to this app.

Set-up push notifications

- Log in into your eG Mobile app from any iOS device.
- The eG Mobile app will prompt you to register for push notification.
- Configure your email id and register for Push notifications.
- eG alerts will appear as push notifications in the notification center.
- Click on any alert and you’ll be taken directly to the problem area.
