About Syntagma - A hexagonal strategy game

Syntagma is a hexagonal strategy game where marbles representing armies are pushed against one another towards the edge of the board. The goal is to push six of your opponents pieces off the board in order to win. This may sound simple, but it may not as you progress further. There are numerous ways to keep your pieces on the board and your opponents off the board.

There are many starting positions and difficulty levels to choose from to challenge yourself as you hone your skills in strategy against your opponents. If you find yourself finding one difficulty level not challenging enough, you can always try the next level.

Piece disappears

I have a screen capture of a bug where the computer doesn’t realize I have 3 pieces in a line, and it pushes two of them onto the third making it disappear. Please, let me know where to send the video so you can fix the bug. Otherwise, the AI is quite challenging unlike some other options. Great implementation of this awesome game.

Challenging Abstract Board Game

This is an excellent implementation of Abalone AKA Marble Push. What is brilliant about this game, is that the rules can be understood in a few minutes, but the complexity(much less than chess but much more than checkers/draughts) is deep enough to be challenging to those who like to think deeply. It has five modes of difficulty, with the hardest level being difficult even for advanced players to win against. There are four starting positions which add variety: Standard, Belgian daisy, German daisy and Snakes.
