Super effective
I bailed off Peloton after two years of stagnant performance. This structured coaching is not only effective, but it takes me to the appropriate difficulty level every time. FTP went from 266 to 310 in three and a half months. I’m not burnt out and am motivated to ride every time I get on the trainer. I’ve also been super happy with the new AI feature. The adaptive training was great but the AI is next level. I’ll never go back to “self-coaching”. This is a crazy good deal and while I hope they keep the price the same, I’d happily pay double. PS - I never leave reviews but the negative comments left in the last month or so are either inaccurate or just a pretty clear indication of people’s laziness or inability to deal with app updates. It is still intuitive It still allows you as much or as little control that you might like If people did not understand what they signed up for, maybe try the free trial first or do 6-9 seconds of research before putting your credit card in. What part of 30 days-risk free did you miss?
