Very disappointed in Elac
I have convinced 10-12 friends to buy Elac speakers. Elac is a company that usually makes outstanding speakers for the money. But letting their app that controls their subs become 100% broken? That’s a horrific way to treat their customers. Unforgivable. A note to the execs at Elac weighing the pros and cons of letting this app stay obsolete... please be aware that it it is not just the owners of your subs that you’re screwing over. You’re screwing over your own reputation. You’re completely, irreparably, permanently turning unabashed Elac fans like me against you. As long as this remains unfixed, I won’t be buying or recommending Elacs to anyone. I’ll be doing the opposite.

No longer functional
I can no longer connect to my sub using this app or when trying the new app. I have the EQ10. As such, I no longer am able to control any functionality of the subwoofer :(
