Never works
After login page, app takes me to a blank iGate page. Drop down menu has 4 options—about, settings, change language, and logout. Nowhere is there access to the vendors or guests. I would rather use an app than to use the website, but going on 2 years, this bug has never been fixed.

Really?
Our community was advised to use this app. At first I thought it was a step up from calling the gate. Now, not a step up. Constantly hangs with the never ending “please wait”. The UI is amateurish which I could accept but I spend way more time using this app than calling (which is what I will do from now on). Done with it.
