Untrustworthy Seller
You will NEVER get your refund !
I have spent more than two weeks and after more than a dozen calls and emails , despite the seller approving and then acknowledging that they have jewelry pieces I have only received a small portion of a more than 5.5K refund . 1stDibs should NOT be trusted to stand behind any advertised promises, if they withhold money that should be returned. I would highly recommend that you do not buy anything from this company, it is clearly too risky !

Never received item
It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered an item for an event. The site said give the item 2 weeks to arrive. It’s been misery dealing with these people. They are zero help. I don’t know how they can feel they facilitate a sale. The item I purchased probably never existed. This is a fraudulent site with fraudulent products. I am extremely disappointed and they wasted a lot of my time for a very high value purchase. I do not recommend them to anyone.
