App is unnecessarily complex
Viewing simple things like benefit history are ridiculously complicated . Wonder if any though was put into designing this app

Disgustingly Unusable
Im appalled at how such an important app could be so neglected. Why even have an app at all? I can’t even manage to get logged in without a “page does not exist” error. Even the two times I was able to get into the app, it logs me out immediately.
