Malfunctioning for renewals

I’m no longer able to use the app to renew books. It’s malfunctioning and looping on its own yes/no logic after I select the books to renew.

Not working at all!

Can’t log in! Has been down for days. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and it can’t connect to the server. The website is also down. Please fix! 11/30/23. Still down. I do believe that this an iOS issue as I use only Apple devices. For some reason the app and website cannot connect to the server. This is very frustrating as I use this app all the time.
