About Ben Greenfield - NatureBeat
NatureBeat is at the forefront of the next big trend in biohacking—understanding how your health metrics interact. NatureBeat delivers powerful insights into how your lifestyle choices affect the health metrics you care about most.
Using advanced analysis of Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and stress levels, NatureBeat helps you uncover the hidden patterns in your health and fitness data—so you can take smarter, more informed action.
- Requires External Hardware
NatureBeat requires a tested Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE) heart rate monitor. While wrist-worn devices can track heart rate, they are not accurate enough for HRV measurement and are not supported for HRV features.
For a list of compatible heart rate monitors, visit: www.Beathealthy.com/healthsensors.shtml

fell victim to purchasing this old version
1.The Ben Greenfield software is outdated, causing display misalignment tailored for screens after iPhone 8. 2.Incompatibility issues render essential high-pressure vibration reminders ineffective. 3.Data upload function has ceased due to lack of maintenance on the outdated software, resulting in error notifications. 4.Outdated algorithm yields erroneous HF/LF ratio results for heart rate variability, significantly differing from other software or yielding opposite results. In conclusion, this is an outdated software that is no longer being updated. The new software, called SweetBeat HRV, offers the same functionality and updates. I fell victim to purchasing the old version.

Better than all the others…
Of all the HRV tracking apps, software, and hardware I’ve tried, this has everything anyone could ask for, and more. The RMSSD platform insures accuracy, consistency, and the graphs are easy to understand and provide actionable factors that both guide & inform.
