Unnecessary and a scam
This app is completely unnecessary, especially with SAHEL already offering appointment booking and government integration. Customer support is non-existent, I tried contacting hospitals through the in-app email button, but the email field is blank. The phone numbers listed? No one ever answers, day or night. My first appointment request was rejected because I “don’t have a profile” even though the app itself says: “This feature is only available on the full version of the app. Continue your registration at the hospital to gain full access.” How am I supposed to complete my registration at the hospital if they won’t let me book an appointment to go there in the first place?
