To log into the plentymarkets app, your plentymarkets system must have a valid SSL certificate. Please contact our support team to clarify how to order an SSL certificate for your domain.
At the login screen, enter the domain you would normally use to log in to the plentymarkets back end. For example, if you use 'https://example-shop.co.uk/plenty/ui/admin.html' to log in to your backend, enter 'example-shop.co.uk' into the “System” field.
