A good app gone bad

This app used to be the go to top tier app for mobile billing and estimates. Half the time it doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to. The other half of the time when it’s working most of the features you pay for are missing the info you need. Since they were purchased it’s gone down hill significantly. I’d go with any other service provider. This once just isn’t worth it anymore

Charged me $217 weeks after I canceled and deleted app. Do not recommend. Awful software for a ridiculous price.

Usually functional but needs attention

Long time PDR premium subscriber here. PDR is where this app got on the map, my experience is they are trying to expand their user base into other more common services for a broader user base and the PDR usefulness hasn’t improved but the price has gone up. Obviously today the system was down and that sucked but it happens. I’ll convey my issues as a PDR shop owner and my experiences through the years. Number one is a big one, R&I times is generic and it’s way past time for an update here. If it’s not addressed soon I will be discontinuing my subscription and moving to CCC. That’s the big issue and it hasn’t been addressed since around 2016 or earlier. My second gripe is this, I’ve only called customer service once when the service was down years ago. The service representative told me the reason they hadn’t had time to address the problem with the pdr estimating part of the app was because their team had been too busy with adding the additional services like detailing, wheel repair, touchup and other add ons. I get it, there’s a much broader user base in those fields, but this was a PDR app to begin with and I’ve eaten the price hikes for the same service through the years without any attention to the generic R&I times. It may not be a big deal to most but some jobs we write with the R&I listed are so far off of what’s actually required it costs me money on both ends. Paying techs for the additional R&I actually required, and not getting paid for those additional hours. Sure, I can manually count the time and send another supplement request, but it would be much more efficient if it worked similarly to CCC. After all that said, I don’t want to change the system I use, but I will review these aspects soon and I may be making a change if 200$ a month doesn’t afford me this basic service. I hope someone in charge reads this review and if these issues are addressed I will come back and change my rating to 5 stars. And I will take the time to edit this review and rave about the excellent service. All in all it’s usually a functional app but it’s not worth the premium I’m paying right now.
