About Murder in Alps: Hidden Mystery
THE GAME'S STORY IS set in a hotel tucked away in one of the most beautiful locations in the Alps. But the happy adventure quickly reverses. The tale begins when one of the guests goes missing, and it is not long before other strange events start to occur.
THE MAIN PROTAGONIST, Anna Myers, is a journalist from Zurich who wants to spend her holidays in a quiet and peaceful hotel. But now Anna must end her holiday and find the answers! With each new day the story thickens, and Anna must decide which one of the ten Mystery characters could be the killer.

Can’t Connect To Servers
This game is highly addicting however one random day my game wanted to stop loading entirely. I play this game on my iPad and I always have 5G+ service through AT&T. Never had any issues with my service in the past, it never had any loading issues with this game in the past. But one random day in February, it just stopped working and now I can’t even play the game because it keeps saying that there is an internet connection error. I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, signed into my account to load in my progress, and nothing. Still the same internet connection error. I even tested it on my phone, which has the same service through AT&T on the same line, and it works fine on my phone. The only issue is that the account progress will not be the same, I’d essentially have to start over. This is really upsetting because the storyline was starting to get good and I’ve spent almost $10 so far in this game, I’d hate for all of my effort to be all for nothing. I’m curious to know if this is just a system issue on the developers end. I also play Murder By Choice, and haven’t had any issues (yet) with the server not loading in my game progress. It would be great if I can get some help with this, as I really do enjoy playing this game.

Love it but…
I love this game so much and have had so much fun playing it, but the new chapters that have come out recently are freezing very often and it is so frustrating. I love this game and am an avid supporter, but I feel really let down and disappointed with how it is functioning now. I also agree with others complaints about how the “points” or energy gets used so quickly that you can barely complete a quest without having to wait a day or two and then possibly have to even start over (mainly with the seek and find parts…which then inevitably costs even more energy than it should since you have to restart) Love love love the game, but there are way too many restrictions and/or hiccups for complete enjoyment and gameplay. May just start over from the beginning again so I can play seamlessly, (hopefully) but that is still, I’m pretty sure going to also use energy I have already used to do so. The only saving grace I can hope for is that by the time I get back to the “new” levels I have been able to complete, all the kinks will be worked out….otherwise I’ll be the one that is OUT. 🤞🏼😕
