Buggy. Inconsistent. Frustrating.
This app was not updated for close to 3 years. Now that it has been updated, I have been completely unable to log into it on-site at our events. I have had 5 of my colleagues, all on different devices, try to log in as well and they also were unable to access the site through the app. Finally, why does it not function on Android devices? Literally 70% of mobile phones are Android based. What a huge percentage of the market to ignore! This seems to be indicative of this company as a whole. From my experience they prefer the lazy way of building and maintaining their product, as opposed to the “best for the customer” way.
