The app is broken and it’s faster to just go through the line now.
I love Cafe Rio’s food but the app is frustrating to use. A few times now, I’ve placed pickup orders (at multiple locations) in advance and waited longer than the people who just went through the line. They get your order wrong quite often, again, across multiple locations. I can’t count how many times I’ve ordered sweet pork on my burrito and gone home, cut it open, and found chicken or steak or any meat besides what I ordered. I can’t check the balance on my gift cards. They have a button for it, but when you try to use it, it never works. If you make a mistake on your order, like using the wrong card or not choosing the correct location (which is easy to do because the button to select your location is small, the same color as its background, and fairly easy to miss), there’s no quick easy way to cancel your order to correct your mistake. You have to call the store and cancel over the phone, which can leave you on hold for long periods of time. Scanning the barcodes on your receipt to get points doesn’t work. Any time I try, it just says the code is invalid. You’re better off just not having this app on your device because it’s just collecting your data and your experience will be better if you just get in line, or even better; go somewhere else.

Please fix the bugs on the app. No matter how many payment methods I add, it never works or lets me place an order ahead. It also never loads the correct amount of points.
