Useless in Palma
Tried four times to schedule or book a taxi in Palma. Drivers always canceled after accepting, making the app useless. Drivers need to get. penalized for cancelling.

I booked the ride online but downloaded the app to get the details of my driver. I used this app to get a ride to the airport from Santa Maria del Cami. I was a little nervous because the reviews I had read were a little low. However, it was my only option as no other taxi was available to pick me up. The driver was great! He called me to let me he was going to be 4 minutes late. During the ride I got a notification asking if everything was going right. I would definitely use it again.
