VERY BAD App updates
We experienced a lot of software updates that shut down our cameras and requires a full reset of our system. That was an issue as we were not home, therefore without warning Somfy stopped our home monitoring. The Somfy key migration to Somfy security didn’t work and we haven’t been able to create new code This is not acceptable from such a large security provider. T

No longer getting images on iPhone
Since the most recent update, I no longer get images from my gate in the app. Or, rather, I do occasionally, but most of the time the screen remains black. I can use the microphone and can operate the gate, but can’t see what is happening. Very disappointing.
