Not Allergen Friendly
The app is unpleasant to use. We enjoy the meals but ordering is overly complicated if you have any allergens. My family needs to eat gluten free due to celiac. Hello Fresh has a good amount of options that work for us, but selecting them is harder than it should be. You cannot set up a default for the app to only choose gluten friendly options. You have to manually select each week (the automatically selected meals almost always have gluten in them) and the filter is very glitchy. I’ve spent sometimes 20 minutes just trying to make selections. It’s 2026. It shouldn’t be that hard to make an app with a good use experience. Love the meals usually, but I wish they didn’t ALL contain sour cream.

My husband and I have been giving it a try and so far we haven’t been disappointed! We just received our second box. Our orders have been on time and the quality, so far, has been great!
