This is not nice
When I download the app on my screen, I was trying to search a radio, but it didn’t get in, but that’s OK

No active radio error
Used to work on our CPO cars. No longer. Each radio gives a no active account radio (of course.. it’s a CPO vehicle). Called dealer support, said it should be working. It doesn’t. Stopped using it and telling customers to go online and try. Not the experience we want. Told manager of lot to no longer participate in this program as frustration isn’t worth it.
