In addition to accessing your accounts and cards, we’ve now introduced new features including access to joint and business profiles, Quick Pay to transfer without adding a contact, generating receipts for past transaction plus lots of great support functions. You can send and receive messages, manage your cards and even apply for services straight from the App.

Slow app slow call centre

Instructions provided by call center staff are not accurate and having to visit the bank because of the misinformation and the staff being unable to provide the service when we have visited the bank shows lack of interest to help the customers. About the app, transactions are pending for weeks and we are unable to get a clear statement through the app. Useless at the most important times
