Y’all, I submitted a negotiation request for my Verizon bill and within TWO DAYS they actually lowered the bills I’ve been fighting for MONTHS. I am so unfathomably relieved. I was wondering why its not a five-star app, but then I saw most of their one-star reviews are because people don’t know how technology works. Which sucks for these guys, who deserve so much more recognition for the work they do. Regardless, if you’re debating trying them, 1. These guys DONT take a percentage and 2. They’ve done nothing but make me money soo I highly highly HIGHLY recommend :)
