Cannot say enough positive words about how helpful customer service was (specifically Joe), during recent interaction. My frame account had been created by my fiancé who unexpectedly passed away, leaving me without access to our frame. With proper documentation, he walked me through accessing my account and adding many more special memories to a now even more special frame. Happy with my Nixplay frame and the customer service that stands behind it. ❤️

’ll admit, I was skeptical at first. My support request started as a simple free‑form email to a general Nixplay address, and I honestly wasn’t expecting much. But what I ended up receiving was some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Joe from the Nixplay suppport team quickly dug into my issue and, based on my model number and the symptoms I described, they figured out that my USB plug had likely blown. Their ability to diagnose the problem so accurately—and so efficiently—really impressed me. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me get my frame working again. What began as low expectations turned into an outstanding experience. Nixplay’s customer service absolutely exceeded what I thought was possible, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support I received. Highly recommend!
