Repeat Customer - Never Again
Curbside order for 3 meals. Never brought out, had to go inside to pick up. Terrible attitude young lady at counter. Assured me full order was in bag. It wasn’t. Drove 10 miles round trip again to get missing items. Man at counter this time with attitude. Got home. Part of order was so overcooked we had to just throw out. Maybe they were all tired but this was a $50 order (expensive for me) and it was an overall horrific customer experience. This was at the John’s Creek GA location. And the inside of restaurant was absolutely FILTHY. Others in line while I was there were also disgusted. I can’t believe they pass inspections.

It would be better if app works properly
Sometimes it doesn’t load points sometimes it does so I never know if I have $5 off or not or can redeem the $5 sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. The point system/app is glitchy to deal with. But I deal with it somewhat. Also sometimes it’s stuck loading items with the dot of never ending animation.
