Very unhelpful app
Logging in is a nightmare. Never remembers your log in info, even if you save it. Always delays when logging in. Always asks for you to enter a code after logging in with all your information provided. I just had to log in 2x and provide 2 codes both times and change my password…As if a scammer is trying to log in to pay your bills…… Make this easier good god!!!!They send mail not stop too!!!!

Globe App
I have had a terrible time signing in and had to call customer service to get my password reset. Now the app won’t open. Seriously thinking about canceling my policy and going with another company if things don’t improve.
